Group bookings are handled case-by-case depending on date, group size, and ticket tier. We accommodate General Admission groups as well as Fast Pass groups. Submit an inquiry below and we’ll follow up with pricing and availability.

Reserve Forsaken Forest exclusively for your organization. Corporate Halloween events, large private parties, church groups, or any gathering that wants the entire experience to themselves.

Halloween team-building that nobody forgets. Get your department out of the office and into the woods. We’ve hosted corporate groups from Richmond, Dayton, Indianapolis, and Cincinnati. Group Fast Pass recommended — keeps everyone moving together.
Birthday haunts, friend groups, college outings, Halloween parties that actually go somewhere. Our midway, food trucks, and vendor booths give groups space to gather before and after the walk-through.
High school clubs, theater groups, youth organizations. We have experience hosting teen groups and can advise on the best night for your headcount. For younger kids, the October 25 Daylight Matinee is a better fit.
Community organizations, fall social events, fundraiser outings. Contact us in advance — we can work with groups who need reserved entry blocks to keep your members together on a busy night.

Group bookings aren’t handled through the standard HauntPay ticket portal — contact us directly so we can confirm availability, pricing, and any logistics for your group size.
Halloween weekend (Oct 30–31) and Opening Night (Sept 25) fill up fast. If your group has a specific date in mind, don’t wait until October to reach out. September inquiries get first priority.
Free parking directly across the street with crossing guards on-site. Groups arriving in vehicles or chartered buses should note the lot capacity and plan arrival for before 8 PM on busy nights.
All ticket sales are final — including group bookings. In the rare case of a weather cancellation, tickets roll to another available date. Plan for the weather; we don’t close for rain.
