No hard age restriction, but we recommend 15 and up. The haunt has mature themes, intense effects, and real outdoor terrain after dark, so it's ultimately the parents' call. For younger kids, come to the family-friendly Daylight Matinee on October 25 instead.

No. Our actors won't touch you, and you don't touch them. We don't need contact to get to you. Want extra distance? Ask a crew member for a chicken vest and actors will keep their space — no questions asked.

Closed-toe shoes only. No flip-flops, sandals, or heels. Sneakers or boots are best for the terrain. Skip anything loose or flowing that could catch on props. Check the weather before you come — you're in a real forest.

Tell any staff member and we'll walk you out safely to the main area. If you leave the attraction mid-haunt, re-entry requires a re-entry pass and you start from the beginning.

Yes, and it's free. Parking is directly across the street. Our crossing guards will help you get safely from the lot to the gates. Follow the signs — it's well-marked.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the attraction grounds. We have food trucks, concessions, and coffee stands on-site all season.

Sometimes, but we strongly recommend buying online through HauntPay before you arrive. Popular nights — especially Opening Night, Halloween weekend, and Final Weekend — sell out. Don't assume tickets will be available when you get there.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds are issued, including if the experience turns out to be too scary. In the rare event we cancel a night for safety reasons, your ticket will be moved to another available date.

Fast Pass ($40) gets you everything in General Admission, plus access to our priority queue. You skip the standard entry line and get into the haunt faster. Worth it on busy nights.

The Passport of Terror ($75) is a full-season, all-access pass. It covers every operating night from September 25 through November 1, 2026, and includes Fast Pass queue access. Come back as many times as you want.

Yes. Tickets purchased through HauntPay can be sent as digital gifts. Select the gift option at checkout and enter the recipient's email.

We can accommodate many needs, though the real outdoor terrain has uneven ground, elevation changes, and narrow paths. If you or someone in your group has mobility or sensory needs, let a team member know at the gate and we'll work with you to find the best way to enjoy the experience safely.

We use a lot of audio effects and lighting as part of the scare design. If you have specific sensory needs, contact us before your visit through the contact form and we'll do our best to prepare.

As with any intense physical or emotional experience, guests with heart conditions, seizure disorders, anxiety disorders, or other conditions should consult their doctor before attending. Forsaken Forest involves strobes, fog, sudden loud sounds, and is intentionally disorienting.

No photos or video inside the attraction itself. You're welcome to film anywhere in the common areas, midway, and outside. Media creators wanting inside access can apply through the vendor/sponsor form on our Applications & Requests page.

Not inside the attraction. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas. It's a fire and safety concern for our actors and guests.

Yes, with restrictions. Guest costumes must not be mistaken for actor costumes, must not include realistic weapons (toy weapons are fine), and masks that restrict your vision are discouraged. Full face masks are allowed but worn at your own risk on the terrain.

The full walk-through is typically 20–40 minutes depending on your pace and the crowd. Add time for the midway, food, and general atmosphere before or after.

Yes to both. Affordable concessions, rotating food trucks, and coffee stands operate every night. We carry a large merch lineup that updates throughout the season, plus vendor booths that rotate weekly.

We do not close for rain. If there's a genuine safety threat — lightning, severe wind, or emergency-level conditions — we follow safety protocols and post updates on social media immediately. In the rare event of a cancellation, tickets transfer to another date.

Yes. Forsaken Forest is built to scare adults. Our actors are trained, our sets are designed for disorientation, and you're walking through actual darkness in real Indiana woods at night. We take it seriously.
