Why homeowners call Josh

You've been burned before. We get it.

Around here the bar is low. Neighbors say things like "actually showed up" as if it's rare. Here's how Josh runs a job.

  • "The price was significantly higher than quoted."

    Straightforward pricing, no hidden fees

The number you get is the number. Ask Josh what's in it before you sign anything. He'll tell you straight.

  • "He doesn't return any phone calls. His voicemail is filled up."

We show up when we say we will

We're there when we say we'll be. If it's on the schedule, the crew is in your driveway.

  • "Showed up on time and cleaned up old screens before leaving."

Respect for your home, clean job sites

Old panels, cut ends and screws go in our truck, not your grass. You get your pool deck back the way you left it.

  • "Fantastic communication."

Consistent communication, consultation through final walkthrough

You hear from us through the whole job, from the first look to the last walk around the finished work. You see it before we call it done.

One more thing. When another company stalled on a neighbor's screen job for two months, Josh went out and fixed it for free. That's on Nextdoor, not written by us.
